**An opportunity has arisen to work as part of an innovative, dynamic and patient focused team within our brand new state of the art facility at Ross Hall Clinic, Braehead.**
**This is a Part time role for 15 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.**

Due to increased demand and service expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our Respiratory Service based in a **bright, purpose built and modern setting.**

We are looking forward to working with an experienced and fully autonomous **Clinical Respiratory Physiologist** with a high level of demonstrable technical ability and clinical understanding.

Within the respiratory medicine service there are other specialty clinics that the respiratory physiology service may support, including sleep studies and ventilation, obesity and endocrine service. All clinics are Consultant led however with a strong MDT ethos. In addition, there will be the requirement to contribute to a Health Assessment service to provide cardio respiratory health assurances for leading industry suppliers.
- Full lung function testing
- Respiratory muscle assessment
- Capillary blood gases
- Bronchial provocation
- Sleep studies.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET)

The post holder will be involved in helping to further develop and expand the suite of tests offered. The post holder will also be required to supervise and train staff and students within the respiratory service.

Ideally, you will be working as a Clinical Physiologist with significant experience working in a Respiratory Laboratory and you should hold a **BSc in Respiratory Clinical Physiology, Biological Sciences or an equivalent qualification**. The possession of relevant professional qualifications is essential. You should be **RCCP registered or at least be eligible and working towards registration.**
