My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, ambitious and forward-thinking company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cash book in multiple currencies
- Processing purchase ledger
- Processing weekly BACS run to suppliers.
- Processing international payments
- Managing multiple bank accounts in multiple currencies
- Producing weekly/month end balances and reports
- Credit control
- VAT returns
- Dealing with factoring company and balancing the ledger
- Sagepay and Paypal approvals
- Raising Customer Credit notes and refunds.
- Agents commission payments
- Checking expenses
- Processing monthly payroll / inland revenue reporting
- General Office Duties including customer calls

Key skills:

- Strong Excel skills
- AAT Qualified or equivalent industry experience
- Sage line 50 and Sage Payroll
- Flexibility with bespoke software and good IT skills
- Good telephone manner
