**Our multinational tech client is looking for a Qualitative User Experience Researcher to join their team on a contract running until the 15th of December 2023. You'll have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team on a device management app, using qualitative research methods to evaluate their current product offering and ensure users' needs are being met.

Our client offers a hybrid policy requiring 3 days onsite per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) from their Kings Cross office and 2 days working remotely from home. The contract role will run until the 15th of December 2023, and comes with a gross PAYE rate of £76,003 per annum, pro-rata, with 33 days of paid holiday, inclusive of bank holidays.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

- Work closely with cross-functional teammates to advocate for the needs of users and to identify and plan future research opportunities
- Design and conduct qualitative research projects to evaluate the current product offering to ensure users’ needs are being met
- Synthesize past research and industry reports to develop area expertise
- Extensive experience in applied research
- Strong experience designing and conducting qualitative research projects
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience with software
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience
