**The Role**

The Learning Support Assistant’s (LSA) main role is to provide support for the pupil with an ECHP. The LSA will implement a personalised programme, ensure that the pupil can integrate as fully as possible in the activities generally undertaken by the other children in the class and make progress.

Duties will include running specific programmes and activities to assist the pupil’s individual learning and social needs. The LSA will be responsible for implementing the targets on the pupil’s EHCP in liaison with the class teacher and SENCO.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic person to work as a Learning Support Assistant. An outstanding individual who can bring enthusiasm and commitment to this role working with a child with an EHCP.

**Salary Details**

Scale: SC3, spine points 5 - 6, currently £26,193 p.a. to £26,625 p.a. (this is the full time, all year-round salary which will be pro rata for this position at term time only, 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year).
