I am working closely with a large-scale Wealth Management firm based out of West Sussex. My client is part of a market leading Network and we are looking for individuals that are seeking to join a network rather than an Independent.

Due to a continuation plan we are working closely with management team in recruiting new talent to join the business and take over a large client bank from the previous advisor that is looking to retire.

This is long term strategy and it will be a gradual and orderly handover that will give the new advisor an excellent opportunity to work alongside the existing advisor and really get to understand the clients.

You will inherit the full client bank and the will paid accordingly on income generated.

**What you need**:
As with any Financial Planning Advisory role you must have the industry qualifications: CII - LEVEL 4 Diploma in Financial Planning OR other recognised approved qualifications.

We would be looking for an individual to have worked within the financial planning sector or Bancassurance, however this is desirable.

You need to be a highly motivated individual who is keen on providing a 1st class service with the client needs at the forefront of your mind at all times.

You are a good communicator that can deal with a variety of different clients.

Positive, well presented and can work well in a team.

Understand how to look for new client development opportunities to grow your client bank.

**A basic salary up to £50,000 per annum (depending of experience) + commission**
