Search are currently recruiting for a Credit Services Administrator role to be based our of our Head Office in Glasgow on a permanent basis with the option of hybrid working. The primary focus for this role is to provide great customer service and support to both the front and back office, on boarding all new client accounts and maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger by performing routine credit risk assessments.

**Responsibilities**:
The Credit Services Administrator will be responsible for:

- Process daily requests for pre-checks on new & existing clients
- Run welcome letters to all new accounts created
- Liaise with front office as necessary to resolve issues with new accounts/placements
- Review requests to reopen lapsed accounts, utilising the appropriate credit reference data
- Maintain credit insurance data on each client account
- Report overdue clients to insurance within policy guidelines
- Update the review dates for existing clients daily
- Review terms & limit increase requests
