You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
**Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include**:

- Basic £18,000
- OTE £25,000 to £30,000
- Mon to Fri working 3 in 4 Saturdays

**Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include**:

- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings

**The skills required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include**:

- High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
- Well spoken with good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- An excellent team player
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
