Creating and administering L&OD, Mandatory and Role Specific training courses in ESR

Providing ad-hoc support to the L&OD team and wider HROD function, including minute taking and the recording of action notes.

Providing administrative support to engagement / learning sessions including co-ordinating bookings, creating and distributing online links, and providing and on-the-day support both at venues and on virtual meeting apps.

Maintenance of the team’s training diary support to ensure trainer, venue, equipment availability.

Maintain a central database with all confirmed and planned L&OD training.

Providing administrative support for the evaluation of L&OD activity
