Rugby Coach

**Job Advertisement: Head Coach at Harborne Rugby Club**

Harborne Rugby Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our team. This is a part-time role that involves working on Wednesday nights for training and Saturday afternoons for games. As Head Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching strategies that help our players reach their full potential.

We currently have 3 games left of our season, sat in 2nd place of **Regional 2 West Midlands **with promotion a real possibility. If you have experience of Level 4 to 7 Rugby, we will be interested in hearing from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training sessions that focus on improving players' technical and tactical abilities
- Provide guidance and support to assistant coaches
- Work with team managers to select the best team for each game
- Attend all matches and provide coaching and support during games
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with players, coaching staff, and club officials
- Collaborate with the club's committee to ensure the smooth running of the team
- Attend all club events as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum RFU Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in coaching rugby, with a track record of developing players and teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate players
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of coaches and club officials
