**Job Summary**

Moog Aircraft Group are currently recruiting for a Facilities Removals Assistant to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will include general assistance with the relocation of our current facilities and equipment to a newly built facility. This job will require drive a 7.5 tonne truck between the sites and a lot of manual handling and operation of lifting equipment.

Within this role, tasks will vary from day to day in line with business needs and the role requires some level of flexibility and adaptability to an ever-changing environment. During quieter periods the role will require light maintenance duties within the facilities.

This position requires a 7.5 tonne valid driving license with current medical and digital tacho.

**Key responsibilities**
- Driving the 7.5 Tonne truck to relocation plant and equipment between the sites
- Manual handling operations
- Operation of lifting equipment
- Coordination with subcontracted services and department managers where required
- Operate the company fork lift truck in line with company procedures when needed to complete required tasks. - Training can be provided
- Ensure tasks are completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner and in-line with priorities set by site.

**Key skills and experience**
- 7.5 Tonne valid driving license with valid medical and digital tacho
- Good organisational skills, communication skills, and an ability to work independently.
- Flexible, can-do attitude, willing and able to go that extra mile
- Forklift truck operators license is desirable but not essential
