Weighbridge Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage weighbridge operations efficiently and accurately.
- Record and input data related to incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with weighbridge transactions.
- Maintain records and documentation as required.
- Provide administrative support to the weighbridge team and management.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational role preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work temporary assignments as needed.
- Use of SAP and Navision is beneficial
This is a temporary role. Working hours are 7amt o 10am Monday to Thursday. However you may be required to work over time.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
