Due to expansion, we are seeking a Trainee Production Assembly Operative to perform a combination of duties for the assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specification.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Soldering to IPC Standards with inhouse and external training provided.
- Using various tools, equipment, work and build instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble a variety of electronic products.
- Learning how to use the machines in the factory for soldering and testing.
- Reading worksheets, wiring diagrams or following a sample board to determine assembly duties.
- Identifying components such as transistors, resistors, relays, capacitors and integrated circuits.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- J-STD-001 Certification is advantageous
- Previous manufacturing experience is desirable
- Adaptable and flexible as no 2 days will be the same as duties will vary depending on production demands.
- Able to concentrate for extended periods of time on repetitive tasks.
