**Kitchen Porter**

**Carlton Hotel**

**Part-time**

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at the Carlton Hotel. The role is to support to smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.

**Your duties will include**:

- Cleaning of all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils within the kitchen area
- Cleaning of kitchen areas as instructed
- General preparing of food as instructed by Head Chef
- All other duties as directed by the Head Chef
- Experience as kitchen porter or cleaning preferred but not essential
- Hard working and reliable
- Positive and "can do" attitude
- Willing to learn
- Flexible due to nature of shift work and weekends
