HRS are working with an innovative & environmentally minded business within the Life-Science sector who are making a real difference to the world by developing novel solutions, processes & products which dramatically reduce harmful pollutants and environmentaldamage.
Due to sustained growth & success, the company is looking to hire a Back-End Developer to join their established team of developers, computational & data specialists to build bespoke software tools, content & platforms used by the business as they continueto grow and expand.

**Benefits**:
This position can offer a mix of Remote & Hybrid working, alongside 25 days annual leave (33days Inc. of public holidays) and an extra day off for your Birthday. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Back-End Developer, you will be an integral part of the company, building data and content management platforms alongside developing flexible & Bespoke software solutions. Key Duties will include:
1. Writing, documenting, testing and reviewing Python code
2. Participating in software architecture design and advising on API development
3. Writing automation scripts to support every aspect of the business
**Role Requirements**:
To be considered as a Back-End Developer you will require:
1. Excellent Python skills and familiarity with ASGI frameworks and toolkits, (e.g. Starlette, FastAPI, Starlite)
2. Experience with Python database toolkits and object-relational mapping, (e.g. SQLAlchemy, neomodel)
3. Familiarity with REST API, HTTP, Websockets
