**Experience**: 2 years in sales within the construction, real estate, architectural, or structural engineering industry

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors.

**2.** **Product Knowledge**: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

**3.** **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the construction and real estate market.

**4.** **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

**5.** **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling and informative presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

**6. Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

**7.** **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**8.** **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

2. **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the construction, real estate, architectural, or structural engineering industry.

3. **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

4. **Self-Motivated**: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

5. **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

6. **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
