The company in question were established over 25 years ago and are a leading provider of bespoke Engineering solutions to various sectors. They are seeking a Manual Turner to join their skilled team and offer a flexible working approach.
THE ROLE
Working within a busy engineering machine shop
Assisting in the production of bespoke engineering solutions for various sectors including; local supply chain, transport, scientific and automotive
Working with various materials including; Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium
Additional duties include deburring, packing and FLT duties
THE PERSON
Time served from an engineering background
Manual Turning experience essential
Milling experience desirable
Good team player
FLT Licence is desirable
THE PACKAGE
This is a temporary contract with the possibility of going permanent after a successful probationary period
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 7am till 5.15pm
Overtime is available at time & half
This role pays £13.50 per hour
