This is an exciting new Investment Administrator role based in Northwich We are looking to speak to people who are hoping to take their next step in financial services, particularly those with an interest in the investment or wealth management sphere.

**Client Details**

Our client is a successful and growing financial services provider based in Northwich. They specialise in wealth management and banking services. With recent expansion and success, they are looking to take on a new Investment Administrator to help supportthe team and share out the workload.

Our client is known for being a quality employer and providing high quality advice and services to their customer base. They are looking for someone who shares their passion for financial services and self-development.

**Description**

This role will include a wide variety of administrative duties. The client is looking for someone who will keep on top of any regulatory or industry guidelines and compliance to these guidelines is very important to doing well in this role.

The following may expected as part of regular duties:

- Payment/Fee processing and monitoring on various in-house systems,
- Contacting clients to confirm information and withdrawals,
- Working with customers on various matters related to accounts,
- Data processing and database maintenance where necessary,
- Liaison with other departments to ensure smooth processes,
- Aspects of risk management.

When interviewing, the following will really stand out to our client:

- Previous FS or Investment Administrator experience.
- Qualifications related to Finance such as Mathematics, Economics, Accountancy or similar,
- Qualifications related to Financial Advice or Investment,
- Strong administrative skills,
- Ability to pick up new systems and competence with Microsoft software,
- Excellent written and spoken word,
- Good values and character,
- Willingness to work in a team and support others.

You do not need to meet all of these to be considered
