People Development are seeking individuals to join the **AIGL Training Team**, to ensure a superb new employee experience, to set standards, introduce our unique PGL culture and to provide high quality initial training to all new AIGLs, from the start of their PGL journey.

**AIGL Trainer key responsibilities include**:

- Deliver high quality training to new colleagues in a safe, supportive, and engaging style.
- Train session delivery to engage AIGLs with role and company as per our values and ‘Employee Value Proposition’.
- Leading by example and demonstrating new skills.
- Take responsibility for own development
- Evaluate own delivery of training sessions continually improve

In addition to Training on AIGL Training Courses, you will support the smooth running of a centre's operation. Part of this opportunity will enable Leadership and Management development and the ability to complete elements from your CPD.

**Additional key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the wider business outside of training courses
- Work to enrich the lives of our Guests
- Support People Development activities as required
- Support centre operations with training, and the delivery of safe, engaging and enjoyable activities and evening entertainments to our guests
- Liaising with centre colleagues to assist any specific training needs
- Respond positively to business change and requirements
- Delivering the highest levels of external and internal customer service

In addition to this role, we will provide you with a 2 year training plan structure to develop your skills and capabilities. This will be tailor-made to each individual and provide capabilities to complete additional CPD elements such as Ropes Trainer / Supervisor; FAAW Trainer; Watersports qualifications; SENCO; inclusivity development; and other NGBs. There are also opportunities to explore People & Culture development and Leadership & Management pathways.
