- A completed PhD (or very close to completion) in Finance, or cognate field.
- An established programme of research activity and dissemination of original, high-quality research in Finance, in line with accepted norms for Lecturer.
- A sustained track record of high-quality peer reviewed Finance journal publications as appropriate to norms for Lecturer.
- Evidence of the ability and willingness to teach and assess at university level in Finance or Actuarial Science modules, such as corporate finance, asset pricing, actuarial modelling, actuarial mathematics, risk management, or financial analytics.
- Demonstrable ability to advance the teaching and research goals of the Department of Finance, and the School.
