**About The Role**:
GSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s leading motor factor businesses with branches nationwide supplying thousands of automotive trade and retail customers with original equipment quality parts through a variety of channels to the end consumer.

As the Warehouse Coordinator your primary responsibilities are around managing the team and ensuring the smooth administration of both online and manual tasks relating to all operations of the warehouse. These tasks will range from facilitating deliveries to dealing with queries from branches through to transport, suppliers, and contractors. You will manage internal and external stakeholders who have an involvement in the accuracy and smooth flow of product in and out of the warehouse.

**Main duties include**:

- Be accurate, efficient, and diligent in your activities whilst being an integral part of the warehouse team and ensuring all targets are met
- Complete all admin tasks needed to support warehouse activities
- Have a willingness to learn and experience other functions of the business
- Ensure you maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Actively develop skills through training, e-learning and any relevant coaching opportunities that are presented to you
- Ensure you always work accurately and approach work with a ‘right first time, mentality
- Work collaboratively with colleagues both in your own area and across the warehouse
- Be aware of working a continuous improvement environment ensuring performance is constantly being evaluated and improvement initiatives instigated
- Show a willingness to feedback on your own ideas and drive change
- Embrace change and new ways of working to underpin that continuous improvement approach
- Ensure the safe operation of the facility by complying with GSF Health and Safety and Hazardous Materials policies and procedures

**Working hours**:
45 hours working Monday - Saturday working on a rota basis

**Bonus Points if you have**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with contemporary warehousing IT functionality, including Warehouse Management systems
- Strong analytical and IT skills
