**Software Support Engineer**

**Basic**:£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

**Role**: Provide software support to clients and ensure issues are resolved effectively

**Location**: Hybrid - 2/3 days per week in the office

As a **Software Support Engineer,**you will monitor the support queue and uphold service levels for both responding to and closing requests. With your strong verbal and written communication skills you will provide exceptional customer serviceto clients, keeping communication consistent and clear. With technical aptitude and interest in software, you will have the opportunity to interact with global teams to help improve software. This is a great opportunity to have a positive impact on clientsand support their use of the software.

**Key Responsibilities: Software Support Engineer**
**- Ensure issues that require escalation are done so in a timely manner to ensure that the client base receive the best possible user experience
- Work to a defined set of SLAs
- Clearly communicate to the client
- Share ideas and be receptive to others

**Experience Required: Software Support Engineer**
**- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, with team members, and across teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Desire to help people - both internally and customers
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
