Project Planner

A Main Contractor with a portfolio of Prime and high-end interior fitouts are looking for a Project Planner to join their Central London based team.

**The Project Planner's role**

The Project Planner will be expected to assist the Estimating team by preparing tender programmes and method statements. They will also need to showcase their skills in preparing planning information on new projects, updating project programmes, and highlightingpriority changes and threats to meet set targets.

The Project Planner will report to the Contracts Manager and will be required to provide regular commentary on projects progression to the Project Management team and Senior Management Team.

The Project Planner will be expected to effectively plan and programme high-end interior fitouts, whilst recording and reporting works throughout a project's lifecycle.

**The Project Planner**
- Level 3 qualification in a Construction Field
- Programme experience with New Builds or Interior fit-out's essential
- Good understanding of the construction process
- Strong people management skills
- Highly organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Contract or MS Project essential
- Experience with MS Excel essential
