Responsibilities:

- Operate and control cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects and materials
- Perform pre-operational checks to ensure the crane is in proper working condition
- Safely maneuver loads using hand signals or radio communication with ground crew
- Inspect and maintain the crane equipment, reporting any defects or malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane
- Follow project plans and instructions for lifting and moving materials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations

**Requirements**:

- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Proven experience operating various types of cranes, including crawler
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and load charts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing and operating the crane
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with ground crew and team members
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures

Contract length: 7 weeks

**Salary**: £24.00-£26.00 per hour
