**Job description**

You would be working for a market leading, family run business who are looking to expand their team due to a huge amount of growth. Working as part of a fast paced and close-knit team, who will be on hand to offer support and guide you through the role.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all visitors all while providing administrative support to internal departments.

You will need strong communication skills with good attention to detail.

Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an admin role.

This is an office-based role.

**Duties Include**

**Reception Duties include**:

- Answering the office phone, directing calls, and taking messages
- Meet & greet, clients/visitors.
- Other general admin tasks

**Sales Office & Admin Duties Include**:

- Producing delivery notes, packing lists & pick notes
- Upkeep of internal databases
- Ordering items for the office such as paper, stationary
- Order processing of our online platform
- Ordering items for the office such as paper, stationary
- Spreadsheet maintenance & updating when required.
- Admin duties relating to our online platform.
- Other general admin & clerical tasks

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour.

Hours: 5 days a week Mon-Fri

Hours can be flexible around school times if required.

References from previous employments, will be essential.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
