- Reading tasks to students on 1:1 basis
- Support any students with additional learning needs
- Keeping students focused and task-orientated
- Manage challenging behaviours

What do I need to become a Classroom Support Assistant?
- Enthusiasm for Education & learning
- Welsh language essential
- Patient and caring nature
- Enhanced DBS Certificate available on the Update Service
- Valid registration with the Education Workforce Council
- No formal educational qualifications are required
- Teaching Personnel can assist you with getting your DBS & EWC complete_
