**Our volunteer Team Recruiters our vital to the successful operations of our shops. **They promote our volunteer opportunities in their local communities as well as online, supporting applicants though our recruitment process and giving everyone a warm welcome into the Save the Children family.

**At Save the Children, we believe in changing children’s future, we operate in the UK and around the world to ensure children are safe and healthy**. We support them to learn, grow and become who they want to be. Our shops help raise vital funds, and our volunteers are the leading force in making this possible.

**This is a really important role within the team with plenty of scope to bring your own creativity and imagination to it **Full training and ongoing support will be provided but good organisational skills and local knowledge of the area will come in handy. As part of the initial training you will spend a few shifts in the store, getting to know the day to day routines so you have an understanding of the roles you are recruiting for. You’ll also need to be comfortable chatting to people on the phone.

We welcome people from all nationalities and backgrounds, so if you're over 18 years old, friendly and outgoing and feel comfortable using a computer, this could be the role for you. A couple of hours most weeks, and you could help make a significant difference to the smooth running of our shop, helping us to build a brighter future for children all over the world.
