Multicare Medical is an established family run business based in modern air conditioned offices in Jacknell Road, Hinckley. We are looking for an experienced _SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR/SCHDULER _to manage the workflow of our field based engineers maximising productivity and efficiency.
We have an amazing range of products that help the less able be more independent and help those caring for them to do so in dignity and safety. Our product range includes specialist disability equipment such as ceiling hoists, assisted baths and specialist equipment that make a real difference to the lives of those we work with.
We work with schools, hospitals, nursing homes and hospices to help them choose the right equipment, ensure their staff are trained in the correct and safe use of the equipment, and we have our own engineering team to cover maintenance and repairs.
We pride ourselves in offering our clients a complete solution to promote safe manual handling in their premises - reducing accidents, improving safety, and reducing injury.
Due to continuing growth we are looking for an service Administrator to manage every aspect of the engineers workflow, from scheduling their work to processing the paperwork.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the following work is carried out on a daily basis.
- Job processing and invoicing,
- Job scheduling
- Phone answering
- Booking customer repairs
- Preparation of risk assessments and method statements
- Handling the day-to-day administration functions of the operations section of the business
- Scheduling, organizing and preparing for meetings with our engineers,
- Maintaining customer records and
- Putting systems in place to ensure the smooth operation of the operations team as a whole.
An excellent communicator, you are able to build and maintain key relationships with the office and field based staff as well as customers.
Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated by success, a key focus of this role will be assisting the business in operating in a seamless fashion, identifying needs and completing tasks as they arise to assure that the whole operations team can operate in an effective manner.
