Daily scheduling of cleaning operatives and mobile cleaning division.
- Administration of sickness and holiday cover onto rotas ensuring cover for holidays.
- Rota Management-Building, managing and maintaining weekly rotas.
- Variety of communication methods to cleaning team and contractors.
- Reporting skills
- Meeting note taking.
- Daily communications with Operations Manager
Essential skills
- Strong communicator
- Experienced using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerrpoint)
- Strong organisational skills
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
