Architectural Technician

Our client, a successful architectural practice, with over 50 years of history, and a number of offices across the UK are seeking a talented Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding Longbridge office. They have a determination to providea first-class service, which has generated client relationships across both the private and public sectors.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- You will have the ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages
- Work within the Commercial and mixed-use projects
- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
- Work across all RIBA stages
- Produce technical details
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
- Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Have a minimum of three years project running experience
- Good Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Proven experience liaising with contractors and end clients
- Demonstrate a range of work on varying project sectors
- Experience in running projects and follow through design work through to the technical delivery of projects
- Ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques

- Competitive salary (£28,000 - £40,000 DOE)
