Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and statements. This includes year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, charities and trusts. This should be to partner review stage.
- Preparation of limited company accounts in line with FRS102 financial reporting requirements.
- Adjust for depreciation, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting journals in line with appropriate financial reporting standard.
- Preparation of management accounts, cashflows and forecasts may also be required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients
- Assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping and VAT preparation
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks. Knowledge of Iris accounts productions would also be beneficial
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your organizational skills will help you prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
