Gallagher are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Insurance Adviser to join our established team based in Bournemouth. This role sits within Gallagher Commercial Broking Division, who provide carefully tailored business insurance, risk management and risk transfer solutions for large enterprises and multinationals.

You will work with experienced Insurance Professionals and together provide outstanding service to our customers.

**Your** Role**:

- Working in partnership with our Account Directors, to deliver the needs of your clients. First class interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer happiness and aware of maximising opportunities are critical to your success.
- Building renewals documents, reports, balancing the mid-term adjustments and crafting new quotes for customers. A high attention to detail is essential when dealing with this much information.
- Don't leave it too late Provide cover by renewal date to meet your client needs. Being organised, efficient and dedicated to your clients means you handle all of this on their behalf.
- Assist your clients with queries daily, confirm cover with the insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.
- Manage all account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns to account managers on time.

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- You have previous experience within the insurance/financial services industry ideally gained in a customer service or sales setting.
- Previous knowledge of Property Insurance gained in a personal lines or commercial lines background would be an advantage but is not essential
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance.
- Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes
- Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority
- Generate and driving new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development
- Eligible to work in the UK
