Handy Man

Our Company is part of a Group of Companies specialising in all aspects of property. We are looking for a General Handyman to work for the Horizon Stays and Lettings Maintenance departments. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining concious of budget and timeframes for fixing.

This is the ideal position for someone who has been self-employed now looking for a full-time permanent role. The individual must be proactive and able to identify issues quickly and remedy effectively.

You must be practical and capable of producing consistent high-quality work where needed and completing general building and maintenance tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can show initiative, can communicate well with colleagues and customers and completes jobs to a good standard. All applicants must have a valid driving license, own van and tools

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
