**HR Coordinator**

**2 Month Contract**

**Soho, London**

35 hours per week Monday to Friday 7 hours a day to reflect current team working. No bank holidays worked 3 days in the office (Tuesday must be one of the working days) 9am to 5pm 1 hour lunch

**Duties**: The purpose of the role is to provide business support for the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Team, who are responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of occupational health and wellbeing services to employees.

Business Support

**Data and analytical**: Review 3rd party supplier KPI's and analyse their management information Deliver OH management information to key stakeholders. Update and integrate Occupational Health management information and wellbeing data with internal workforce data as required to support business need and risk/ trend identification. Drive improvements across our business processes.

**Communication and engagement**:Organise and schedule Occupational Health & Wellbeing business engagement activities; develop and update Occupational Health Mosaic pages and yammer page.

**Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) support**:

- Liaising with 3rd party mental health first aid provider and the business to plan and arrange a schedule of mental health first aid training, and support the delivery of the mental health first aid programme through planning, co-ordination and scheduling activity including:

- liaising with 3rd party mental health first aid provider to arrange the training schedule; liaising with internal stakeholders in support of the delivery of the MHFA programme, and take responsibility for the fulfilment of training courses; develop MHFA communications and engagement assets as appropriate; develop and update MHFA Directory on the OH Mosaic site; manage and arrange MHFA inductions and ongoing development sessions; monitor and action outcomes from MHFA contact form and collate data as required; and monitor and update MHFA yammer page.
- Review and action first aid leavers to stop payment.
- General Wellbeing support: support the development and delivery of the Occupational Health Wellbeing programme including assisting with research, planning/organising wellbeing events.
- Assist with health surveillance planning programme (ad hoc) if required Liaise with 3rd party OH provider and the business to plan health surveillance schedules/ appointments, to support the timely delivery of the health assessment/surveillance programme.

**Skills**: Graduate calibre ideally with experience of working within an OH environment

**Supplier contract management experience**
- Excellent data analytics and problem-solving skills, with the ability to search out, manipulate and analyse data to drive valuable insights with accurate processing skills.
- Flexible style, able to work at pace and accurately under pressure Preferable Full driving licence as driving between sites may be necessary - we have a site in Edinburgh 1 a month Graduate Degree - preferable Business Studies
