Contracts Surveyor

We have an amazing opportunity available to join Connexus as a Contracts Surveyor in our asset management department. This is a key position in the investment team supporting the Contracts Manager in taking responsibility and leading on the delivery of a variety of the group’s investment projects to pre-defined time, quality, and cost criteria within the group’s investment plan.

If you can demonstrate the following, we want to hear from you
- Taking assigned projects within the investment plan from pre-tender procurement stage
- Monitoring the effectiveness of consultants and contractors in respect of delivery cost and quality of work.
- Deliver assigned projects on time and in accordance with key performance indicators
- Carry out procurement in line with standing orders and Group procedures
- Effective Customer involvement and consultation
- Demonstrate Value for Money

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
