**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
**Work collaboratively as part of the rent and service charge team to achieve the common objectives.
We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too
**Your responsibilities...**
- Setting of rents for in accordance with regulation and legislation.
- Ensuring the Housing Management System and other Rent Software Systems including spreadsheets are maintained and are accurate.
- Continuous development of knowledge in relation to rents and rent setting in the social housing sector.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the business, including Housing Teams, Charge Management Teams, Estate Teams and Home Ownership Teams to deliver a customer focussed service to our tenants and leaseholders.
- Production of year end statements for variable service charges. Review of costs and liaison with other teams to calculate year end adjustments. Working with auditors as required, updating tenant accounts and mailing of information to residents.

- Knowledge of rent and service charge legislation
- Experience of working within a highly performing team
- Experience of a working to tight deadlines and delivering cyclical workloads
- Experience of using a variety of both financial and non financial software systems
