Are you a talented Sales Manager looking for a new challenge?
Can you demonstrate that you have a background in B2B field sales or business to retail, and successfully managing a high performing sales team?
If so then you could be perfect for my client - a specialist home goods distributor who sell a range of professional; painting and decorating products.
**The Role**:As the Sales Manager you will look after a growing sales team of six sales representatives and you help them to open doors to new sales opportunities as well as being a key contact point for some of the customer's key and national accounts.
Managing an excellent team of field sales executives, you will also carry out your own business development and key account management to increase company revenue and profits.
A track record of growing clients and hitting targets would be useful - along with the ubiquitous need for driven individuals with exceptional communication skills.

**The Package**:The basic salary for the Sales Manager role is circa £50k depending on experience and there will also be the opportunity for you to earn a personal performance bonus.
