**What this job involves**:
As part of Flex team, you will be joining one of the highest growth business lines within JLL London. This tight knit team is responsible for ensuring that JLL flex clients receive the very best service throughout the entire process of finding an office. We are looking for a well organised, motivated part sales part admin role.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Running market searches and producing reports
Working with your own clients and requirements in London and out of town locations
Working with our agency and Corp Solutions teams
Fee management - tracking, reporting and billing processes
Assisting with viewings and producing viewing schedules
Attending wider team meetings as the flex representative
Assisting with marketing initiatives
Business development - both repeat business and generating your own leads
Market research on landlords, operators and market dynamics
Creating and maintaining relationships with key flex providers

**Desired or preferred experience and technical skills**:
Commercial Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential
Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) would be highly beneficial but not essential
Flex market experience with an operator or service provider is beneficial but not essential

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels
Strong team players with the ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
Proactive and self-motivated
