As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your role involves managing goods receipt and dispatch, optimizing stock levels, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring high standards of quality and service for customer satisfaction.

**More about your responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming goods, inspect quality, reconcile quantities, and sign for deliveries.
- Input delivery details into SAGE MRP system using the Goods Received Note (GRN) procedure.
- Assemble and pack goods for dispatch following internal procedures and packaging materials.
- Ensure dispatched goods meet high standards expected by the business and customers.
- Maintain clear and accurate labeling of dispatched goods, reorder packaging materials as needed.
- Manage storage, customers, freight forwarders, and comply with domestic and international regulations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure correct paperwork accompanies dispatches.
- Manage stock levels for raw materials and finished goods, optimize warehouse space, and maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct regular stock checks and month-end stock-takes, updating SAGE MRP system for accuracy.
- Manage disposal of production waste materials and prepare materials for factory issues.
- Provide support for data input into SAGE MRP System and assist with local deliveries or collections.

- 5+ years of experience in warehousing and dispatch environments, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with SAGE MRP System or similar warehouse IT systems, along with a good understanding of export documentation and international freight legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of confidently interacting with both internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks to manage a varied workload.
- Possession of a full driving license, forklift license, and Banksman training, showcasing a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
