**Reporting To**: Dispatch Team Leader
**Place of Work**: Brewery, unit 5, Seend, Melksham
**Hours/Days**: 37.5 hours a week. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
**Salary**: tbc
**Position Summary**
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all orders received are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. The role includes following internal routines and procedures to ensure that dispatch volumes are recorded and sufficient stocks of product, packaging and related supplies are available at all times. The role includes providing excellent customer service to our new and existing customers.
Due to the size of the company, there will be an additional need for dispatch team members to take part in bottling/production duties. The frequency of these tasks is estimated to be about 1/3rd of the time when bottling production demands. As the company grows, this requirement may decrease.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Complete dispatch of all orders from all platforms before 4pm daily
- To ensure a high quality of packing and that packaging is secure and tidy to agreed standards
- Process direct sales to walk in customers
- Ensure that all wholesale orders are dispatched in accordance with our agreements with those wholesalers including all paperwork required by the customer and invoicing using Xero
- Booking couriers online (local / international)
- Ensure the maintenance of records to ensure availability of sufficient packaging supplies (labels, bottles, lids, boxes, shrink wrap, tape etc)
- Record all dispatches and other stock movements and reconcile book stocks against counts on a weekly basis
- Monitor stationary and packaging levels and re-order as required
- Check and receive incoming deliveries and store appropriately
- Deliver a monthly/quarterly stock take as required
- Restock shelves and maintain quality control checks
- Maintain a good quality product at all times, within dispatch and bottling
- Update Brewman software daily/weekly (training will be given)
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
**Other Duties**
- Provide coverage for bottling/production according to the demands of production and at other times required by the company. Setting up and setting down, after training has been given
