An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stop Smoking Advisor to work in South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust for Yorkshire Smokefree Calderdale, part of the Yorkshire Smokefree service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team in Calderdale. Providing support to stop smoking is crucial in addressing health inequalities and you will play an important role in tackling these. With an understanding of the wider determinants of health, you will empower people to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.

As a stop smoking advisor you will provide community-based smoking cessation support to individuals and groups. You will also contribute to promotion of the service by delivering training and marketing activities. The team will make sure you receive the necessary mentorship and supervision to flourish in this post.
