An Engineering Company based in Pershore are searching for a CNC Setter/Operator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30 with a 13:30 finish on Fridays. The company themselves provide a range of products across varying sectors and have been running for over 40 years.

As a CNC Setter/Operator you will be responsible for:

- Setting and Operating CNC Machinery.
- Use a variety of Machinery such as Lathes, Grinders, Band Saws and Milling Machines.
- Manual Machining.
- You will be expected to set up tools throughout the day for work to be completed.
- Other Manufacturing/Machining duties.

As a CNC Setter/Operator you will be required to:

- Have previous experience as a Manual Machinist.
- Have Previous experience Setting and Operating CNC Machines, 3 years required.
- You must be able to read engineering drawings, this is essential.
- Be comfortable using a variety of machines throughout the shifts on a regular basis.
- There will be a level of physicality to this role.
