I am currently representing a fast, growing e-Commerce business whose success has been helped by theirmotivation is to bring purpose and life to their products through real-life examples of advice and story-telling via both online and offline platforms.

They are looking for an equally creative and digitally astute individual to join their Marketing team, providing an opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the industry

Working as part of a small marketing team, you will support the Marketing Coordinator in delivering market-leading campaigns across a variety of channels.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Manage the budget and relationships across a number ofbrand accounts to optimise coverage and sales.
- Brief the creative and content teams to create high-quality campaigns which are on brand, on brief, within budget and on time
- Brief and implement onsite merchandising updates via design and development teams, using CMS to update key brand pages.
- Write, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Conduct market research activity and regular competitor monitoring where appropriate
- Developand maintainexcellent working relationships with team members, other departments,external stakeholders and third partymedia partners.
- Operate as a key member of the wider marketing team, contributing ideas to the development of the team's objectives
- Any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Marketing Coordinator

About you:

- Minimum 1year experience in a B2C marketing role, an ecommerce background is preferred.
- A degree or equivalent marketing qualification is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and project management skills, plus the ability to be flexible and adaptable working in a fast paced, pressured environment, and able touse own initiative toindependently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and prioritising where necessary
- Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and Google Analytics
- Experience using CMS and project management systems.
- Ready to hit the ground running with a strong work ethic - itis a fast-paced, fast growingcompany with exciting growth opportunities.
- A team player. Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively with others as part of a wider team.
