**Job Title**: Trainee Surveyor/ Graduate Estimator
**Location**: High Wycombe
**Salary**: £20,000 - £28,000.
**Job type**:40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Full-time, Permanent. You need to be based within commuting distance of the M25 as we work all over the South East with an office based in South Oxfordshire.

Centar Surfacing are an exciting, forward-thinking and totally independent company formed by highly experienced professionals with proven track records in delivering high quality surfacing. Centar Surfacing Specialise in Asphalt Concrete surfacing and anyassociated ground works.
**The Role**:
We have 2 different graduate vacancies, one within sales and one within our on-site supervisor team. Both roles involve site visits, a driving licence is essential and a vehicle will be provided.
We have a great history of nurturing and developing our junior staff, providing all of the necessary on the job training, allowing you to develop your skills and attain sought after recognised qualifications - most of our management team have moved up internallyand progressed with us. If you can show passion and enthusiasm to back up your accuracy and hard work, we will get behind your career and happily keep rewarding your efforts
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 5 GCSE grade C or level 5 or above (ideally including Maths and English)
- A self-motivated and reliable personality
- A full and clean driving licence
- Good communication skills
