Specsavers in Swansea are looking for a driven and focused Audiologist to become their next Audiology Director and Store Partner. We want someone who is passionate about transforming hear care in their community by increasing awareness of hearing loss, ear conditions and diseases such as impacted earwax, Tinnitus and Meniere’s Disease. We are passionate about de-stigmatising hearing loss by ensuring ease of access to our service for both NHS and private customers.

**About the store**

Specsavers in Swansea first opened its doors in 1984. The store sits in a prominent position and is firmly embedded within the local community. The loyal and growing customer base includes a mixture of both NHS and Private customers, and services its spokes stores located in LLanelli, Morriston and Pembroke Dock.

The store has 9 optical rooms and one dedicated hear care test room, that includes a Sound Booth, where you will have everything you need to perform hearing tests to the highest possible standards. Specsavers in Swansea, have a passion for improving hear care in their community.

**Store location**

The store is located in the heart of the vibrant city of Swansea, the second largest city in Wales. With excellent transport links, with a mainline railway station within walking distance of the store. it’s not uncommon for people to travel from far and wide to visit us. As the new Audiology Partner in Swansea, your customer base will be very diverse - but there’ll plenty of familiar faces too.

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
