Are you an Administrator looking for your next role with a prestigious education provider in the heart of Edinburgh?

**Job Title**: Helpline Administrator

**Start Date**: Early January 2023

**Location**: Edinburgh EH8, hybrid after training

**Contract**: 3 - 6 months with strong potential for extension

The role will provide first point of contact for Finance & IT enquiries covering the e-Learning and library services to the staff and students. You will be expected to adopt the most appropriate response to resolve the majority of general enquiries first time, triaging more complex enquiries to the appropriate teams.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Logging calls in the call management system and processing through to completion.
- Managing end user communications in relation to service events.
- Undertaking any other duties related to the post and to support the effective operation.

**About you**:

- Customer focus and proven customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
