**£10.90 - £11.70 Depending on experience - We are urgently seeking Full Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Isle of Wight Supported Living - Part time positions available also**

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Isle Of Wight, provides support for people with **Learning Disabilities**, **Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries**. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

**Reeve Court**:
Reeve Court is on Staplers Road on a bus route. We have four flats where we support 5 people with a variety of needs, and we are looking for a wakeful night support worker to help with personal care and someone who doesn’t mind lone working, although other staff will also be working in the building.

**The shift times are**: 21:45 - 07:45 and this will include every other weekend.

**As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including**
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

**Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development**
