Trainee Surveyor

**Eco Spray-Foam Systems Ltd are an insulation contractor established in 2012.**

With our head office in Harold Wood, Essex we provide specialist insulation solutions to homeowners, landlords, commercial & agricultural buildings who wish to improve their insulation.

Ideally looking for someone based in the Surrey/West London and Herts/Beds/Bucks area as the majority of time you will not have to come into the office.

Due to a recent expansion we are looking to expand our surveying team with a new trainee insulation surveyor. The role consists of attending 3-5 pre-arranged surveys a day which are all booked by our inhouse booking team. You will be required to attend the site confirm feasibility for our products along with taking measurements and photographs. In addition to this you will be expected to answer any client queries.

**Full training provided.**

Any experience within the construction / insulation sector would be advantageous but a willingness to learn and undertake further training in the future (such as DEA / Retrofit Assessor) is a must.

**Job Specification -**:

- Have a full clean driving license - Held for at least 5 years
- Good understanding of the building/construction sector
- Ability to work at heights if necessary
- Interpersonal skills
- Professional
- Happy to drive

**Preferred Experience -**:

- Insulation / Construction
- Surveying
- PAS 2030 knowledge advantageous

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
