Dental Receptionist

**The position**:
We are looking for a motivated, caring, receptionist to work with our dedicated team. The position is based at our very well established, fully private practice in Swaffham, Norfolk (PE37).

**Hours**:
Monday - Friday (40 hrs per week)

**Wage**:Depending on experience
- Understanding of Dentistry (preferred but not necessary)
- Previous experience in a reception based role
- Friendly and flexible
- Pro-active and motivated
- Well presented, reliable, and supportive
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Organised with good people management skills

**The role will involve**:

- Managing and maintaining practice policies
- Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE (Exact) software, Microsoft office
- Compliance with CQC regulations
- Management of dentist’s diaries
- Handling of monies (taking payments etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swaffham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
