Motorcycle Mechanic

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of motorcycle makes and models.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough MOT tests in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a motorbike mechanic, preferably in a dealership or service center setting.
- Certification in motorcycle maintenance and repair (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Valid MOT testing license (classes 1 and 2) with a thorough understanding of MOT regulations and requirements.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for motorcycles and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
