Night Porter/receptionist

ECS Staffing and Recruitment is currently looking for a part-time Night Porter/Hotel Receptionist to work in a small 20 bedrooms hotel with one of our amazing clients, located just outside of Banbury, Oxfordshire. That's a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and would like to be a part of an amazing and friendly team

**2/3 night shifts per week to start** _(Monday and Tuesday preferably)_**, shift pattern**: 8:00pm - 7:00am

**The main responsibilities include**:

- delivery of customer experience at a high level and with consistency through every shift;
- advising on hotel facilities;
- taking messages;
- giving directions;
- responding to safety and security issues;
- answering queries and making reservations.

**Some of the key requirements include**:

- excellent verbal communication skills;
- high level of customer awareness & sensitivity;
- a keen eye for attention to detail;
- eagerness to learn, grow and progress;
- good time management;
- previous experience is preferred, but training can also be provided.
